Working with Krista was one of the best parts of our move from Tennessee to New York. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Moving to another state can be stressful and overwhelming, but Krista made everything so much easier with her knowledge, professionalism, and constant support. Krista answered every single question we had quickly and thoroughly, no matter how big or small. AMAZING AGENT. very patient and willing to go the extra mile in every situation. In our situation we were trying. to sell and buy at the same time. hard location to sell. had many hiccups due to buyer backing out last second day before closing. second buyer getting cold feet and FINALLY the final buyer that closed. krista worked her magic helping us navigate this truly difficult situation with many bizarre twists. always helped us stay focused on the finish line and keep us from going insane and losing hope and throwing in the towel. 10/10 would reccomend her

I met Krista on facebook in a group called upstate land for sale. Desperate to find my “hopeless” dream of a house on even 15 acres of land. I made a post in that group “looking for 15 acres minimum with a house for under $350k”. Many people laughed at me but one person did not… Krista Polumbo! Who posted “messaged you”. I gave this girl a few details and she got straight to work. After a few short weeks we found ourselves working towards closing on a gorgeous cabin on 32 acres of land not far from the capital region in upstate NY. Not 15, but more then double what we asked for. If you are in search of a pro that will literally go through anything with you to make your dream a reality and happen to come across my review here… then do yourself a favor and contact her immediately. You don’t need anyone else you need Krista from Coldwell Banker. She is the absolute best you will meet.

I recently bought a house that Krista brought to my attention. The house literally just hit the market within 5 minutes of her calling me. She called me and we were in the house within the hour. She submitted my offer and the owners accepted it that evening. We closed in under 30 days! Every time I call her she answers the phone. Every text I send her she responds. Every question I ask she promptly responds, and knows the answer. Krista wakes up every morning and scans the MLS like a person reading the Sunday paper. If you’re a client of hers, she’ll find you what you want!

I want to shout out to my Real Estate Agent, Krista Polumbo. She is, hands down, the Rocky Balboa you want in your corner. She did everything she could to make sure I got the most bang for my buck, she went to bat for me in negotiations, and Krista was overall a pleasure to work with.

You ever meet a Golden Retriever that would play fetch until it dropped? Then you've already met Krista. She is absolutely tireless. For months on end, while juggling other clients, she was sharing listings with us, driving all over the region to show us any house we wanted, writing up offers, etc. at all hours... never a complaint, or a "just pick one already". She's patient, persistent, crafty, knowledgeable, and will even talk you OUT of a bad deal. We're so lucky we found her for our first real house hunt. 11/10

Krista is the BEST!! I’d give 10 stars for Krista to who I’m SO GRATEFUL for in wholeheartedly assisting with my “seizing the keys” to my newly rented home. I could not be happier or more appreciative. I was out of state when inquiring about the property, immediately jumped in my car and although I arrived almost a 1/2 hour late for the final showing, to accommodate me Krista had graciously stuck around the extra hour, and this was just for starters. We met and her professional yet endearing qualities left me feeling like we were old friends. After viewing, Krista sincerely thought the place was as perfect for me as I felt. Still, there were obstacles to overcome with the application process. Krista not only responded promptly each time, but absolutely went above and beyond to facilitate the correspondence to her time on numerous occasion throughout the following day and into the night. Not only that, she genuinely was happy to help! I KNOW it was her generosity, intuitive sense and full willingness to go the extra mile for me, that lead to my success in renting my home, sweet home. I asked her about writing a review and I now see accolades from others who have had the pleasure and good fortune to have worked with her. I cannot say enough amazing things about Krista! I've bought and sold many homes over the years and have done pretty well with them, but Krista is next level. I can be stubborn and not want to listen, and so glad I swallowed my pride and listened to her. She knows what she is doing and was right on the entire time. From the checklist of items to fix, her staging the house and her knowledge of what to list amazed me. Easiest process ever selling and it really was all Krista. Trust and believe her as she will guide you to the perfect ending. No question I will always use her for every real-estate transaction from this point on! She really is one in a billion.

I can’t begin to say enough good things about Krista, but here I go. From start to finish, she’s a true professional. Let start off by saying I had no intentions of using a realtor I was trying to sell my house for 2 weeks with little luck. Then I met Krista and she asked me to trust her and I am so glad I did. Krista is an amazing person, she really listens and fights for you. She's very informative and knows her stuff. My husband and I put our house on the market and it sold with multiple offers, and a week later we found a new home to buy. It was all thanks to her and her hard work. The thing we really loved about her is she doesn't push you to make a decision, and is a very honest person. When a house is bad she will let you know it's not a good buy. She is there from the beginning til the end and beyond. She still checks up on us to see how things are doing. Would definitely recommend her to anybody.
